Ingredients
- 3 potatoes (grated)
- 4–5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 red peppers, chopped
- 3 green peppers, chopped
- 3 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 1.5 cups milk (300 ml)
- 2 cups all-purpose wheat flour (240 g)
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes:
Peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze out excess water using a clean kitchen towel. - Sauté the Vegetables:
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan. Add the chopped onions and peppers. Cook over medium heat until soft and slightly golden. - Mix the Batter:
