Lemon Mousse

Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

- 3 large egg yolks

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
